Venue Inclusions

  • Event Coordination

    Rest assured, on the day of your event, our team will work closely with your vendors to ensure a seamless experience according to the finalized schedule. Moreover, we'll be there to guide you through the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, so you can relax knowing you're in capable hands.

  • Item Setup/Takedown

    We'll arrange your items as per our final meeting discussions, encompassing place cards, signage, and photos. Approximately 1.5 hours before the conclusion of the event, we'll commence packing up your belongings for you to collect at the end. Please note that setting up and dismantling table centerpieces is not included and may incur an additional charge.

  • Centerpieces & Lighting

    At our venue, you're welcome to utilize any items we have on hand at no additional charge. This includes our Soft Gold Candelabra Centerpieces for your guest tables, Votive Candles for the 25 cocktail/bar tables, 5 decorative easels for signage, and, naturally, our built-in LED color ceiling lighting, among other amenities.

  • Suites

    Exclusive suites for bridal parties or VIPs attending your corporate event. Elegant rooms equipped with TVs, games, and stocked refrigerators containing your selected beers, soft drinks, and champagne—all included at no extra cost.

Extra Venue Time

Early Arrival-$150 per hour

*2.5 hrs of setup time before your event start time is included in the venue rental. Any extra time added would begin backwards from this setup time. See FAQ for more details.
