We do our very best to create a unique experience while taking care of all the details.

Dinner Seated Capacity:  300 Guests
Food & Beverage Guest Minimum: 125 Guests Saturdays, 80 Guests all other days

Peak Season

Saturday Rental                        $5000-Event 7 hrs.
Friday Rental                             $4000-Event 6 hrs.
Sunday-Thursday Rental         $3000-Event 5 hrs.

Rentals include an additional 2.5 hrs setup & 1/2 hr tear down for outside vendors.  Peak Season Saturday Rates apply for Memorial Day, Memorial Weekend Sunday, 4th of July, Labor Day, Labor Day Weekend Sunday.

If additional hours are needed, each additional hour is $300.

 Off Season

Saturday Rental                         $4000-Event 7 hrs.
Friday Rental                             $3000-Event 6 hrs.
Sunday-Thursday Rental          $2000-Event 5 hrs.

What’s Included When Renting The Facility?

Our venue is handicap accessible with a drive up dropoff area & elevator located at the 1st floor entrance.  Two additional entrances will bring guests to the venue’s 2nd and 3rd floor event space.  Both floors combined are over 11,000 sq/ft with restrooms for both floors, totaling four women’s and four men’s rooms.

Do You Offer Ceremonies?

Yes!  Our location is perfect for Wisconsin wedding receptions and wedding ceremonies.

An additional charge of $500 is required for ceremonies and includes an additional hour of event time for the ceremony.  A one hour rehearsal is included if needed (Thursdays).

Unfortunately, Historic Courthouse 1893 is not available for ceremony only events.

Event Coordination?

Historic Courthouse 1893 provides the hands-on day of event coordination that some venues charge for.  Rest assured that when you rent our venue, full event and catering coordination is included.

1-Event/Catering Coordinator and assistant will be present for the entire event, from beginning to end
2-Coordinate with DJ, Photographer, Baker, Officiant, etc.
3-Placement of favors, menu cards, memory tables, gift items
4-Final details meeting one month prior to event
5-Create master timeline and room layout
6-Vendor Recommendations

Do you have a Bridal Room?

Yes we do!  “The Turret Suite” consists of three private rooms, complete with Makeup room, Lounge sitting area with large TV, and stocked refrigerator and Bridal showcase room.

What about the Groom?

We think the groom and groomsmen will approve of  “The Vault” on the 2nd floor.  Large TV, Pool Table, Dart Board, Poker Table, Video Games, and a stocked refrigerator.

Event Decor?

Historic Courthouse 1893 includes three different “In-House Centerpieces” to choose from.  All three are Soft Gold with crystals and include the candles.
